Before the consultation, you provide your current resume, your LinkedIn profile URL, the types of roles and companies you are targeting, and a brief description of your current job-search approach. Mike reviews everything before the call.

Following the Strategy Session, I prepare a personalized written Strategy Brief outlining your highest-priority recommendations and a focused 30-day action plan. Your session also includes one follow-up review of your revised resume and/or LinkedIn materials so I can confirm that the primary recommendations we discussed have been implemented effectively. This is a review and feedback step rather than a resume or LinkedIn rewriting service. For clients who want additional hands-on help implementing their strategy, separate advisory and implementation services are available, but there is no obligation beyond the Strategy Session.
